Summary

This session aims to understand how to better help students with learning differences in a language class. The webinar looks at the main neurodiversity needs that teachers are likely to encounter in their classes and the main challenges those learners face. Our guest speaker, Rachel Öner will look at tips, strategies, and resources that aim to facilitate and maximise the learning of students who may have difficulties. We will cover how to break down some of the barriers faced with issues such as focus, concentration, and working memory, as well as accurate and fluent reading.
