Print Publications
Depending on the book you have, your audio download is available from one of two platforms.
It’s important that you use the correct platform — otherwise, your code will not work.
The majority of our print books (and all ebooks with codes) use SoundWise, although our more recent books (full list below) use the Trinity audio platform.
For the following print books only, you must use the Trinity audio platform:
- Piano Exam Pieces Plus Exercises from 2023 Extended Editions
- Violin Exam Pieces from 2025
- Theory for Rock & Pop Musicians (Volumes 1 & 2)
- A Year in Twelve Keys, Diatonic Studies for Piano by Chris Caine

If your book does NOT appear in the list above, go to SoundWise.

For all print books first published before 2023, the downloads are hosted by our partner platform, SoundWise.
Tip: if your code contains any lower-case (small) letters or the symbols @ or $ (eg uGnJKWoOx / B7riu2Nxs / Hhn@eimOL / x4$p0GBn9), this is definitely a SoundWise code, although other formats can also be for SoundWise — if your code doesn't contain any lower-case letters or @ or $ symbols, check the publication list for the Trinity audio platform to discover which platform to use.

Ebook Publications
For ebook publications which include audio, the audio is provided in either one of two ways:
- If you have been provided a code, copy and paste the code from your file download page and redeem it at soundwise.co.uk.
- For all other ebooks which include audio, it is delivered directly as a .zip file containing the audio MP3s. This can be accessed from the file download page.
Trouble with your code or need further support?
For physical Trinity books that include audio, your code is printed inside the back cover. Please note that codes are case-sensitive and some characters can be misread - see below for help.
