Digital Grades 

An average of two weeks after the submission is uploaded 

Digital Diplomas 

Four weeks after the submission is uploaded. Four further weeks may be necessary whilst we carry out routine checks, and if this is ongoing, you will see that your account is In Review . We carry out these procedures to ensure that your exam is fully reviewed, in line with our quality assurance requirements

Operational issues – examples (not exhaustive) may include:

• Missing submission information form
• Missing supporting documentation
• Submission uploaded to incorrect account
• Video is non-continuous
• Video is saved in wrong file format
• Video has poor sound quality
• Video uses pre/post-production techniques

The examiner will begin assessing the materials within two weeks of upload. If an operational issue is identified by the examiner which prevents the exam from being assessed, the status on the account will change to ‘referred’. This may take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) to resolve from that point.

The examiner will begin assessing the performance but may need to refer to Trinity’s post-results department at any time within the two-week marking period which follows upload (and/or after an operational issue that has been identified, is resolved). The marking period is two weeks for graded exams and four to eight weeks for diploma exams. Once the submission has been referred for syllabus infringement, it may then take up to a further 30 working days (6 weeks) to process and release the results back to the centre. During this time, the status on the account will be set to ‘referred’.

Up to eight weeks after the date of the exam 

Face-to-Face graded exam

The examiner will make an initial assessment but may need to refer to Trinity’s post-results department within a week of the exam. Once referred, it may then take up to a further 30 working days (6 weeks) to process and release the results back to the centre.
