Seeing Teaching Through Peer Observation

Wednesday 19 February 2025, 4.00pm (UK time)

Summary

This session will explore the benefits of collaborative reflection through peer observation as a key tool for teacher development.

We will discuss how observing peers can provide valuable insights into different teaching styles, classroom dynamics, and learner behaviours, helping teachers become more self-aware and reflective practitioners. We’ll also examine how peer observation promotes critical thinking about classroom management and pedagogy, leading to improved teaching practices.

During the webinar, we will highlight how peer reflection fosters professional growth and offers teachers practical ways to refine their teaching approaches.
