Typhoon and rainstorm arrangements

Important notes 

• Postponement/cancellation of an examination will be announced on Trinity Hong Kong’s website at least two hours before the commencement of the examination. 
  
  聖三一香港辦事處將於本頁公佈惡劣天氣情況下之考試安排。任何安排將於考試開始兩小時前公佈。
  
  

• Unless Trinity Hong Kong has announced that the examination has been postponed/ cancelled due to severe weather conditions, you must assume that the examination will be conducted as originally scheduled. 
  
  除非聖三一香港辦事處於本頁宣佈考試將會延期及安排﹐否則家長和學生在任何情況下必須假設考試將會如期進行。
  
  
• We will not be able to confirm the arrangement until a foreseeable announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory. Trinity will keep close contact with centres/candidates/parents on the day when severe weather may affect their examinations. There are possibilities of resuming the examination session on the same day after the cancellation of typhoon signal, reschedling the whole session on a later day, or postponing the examinations to the next examination session.
  
  本中心將根據天文台當日的公佈而再作出考試安排﹐並會盡早與受影響的考試中心﹑考生及家長作出聯繫。任何考試安排均有可能發生﹐如將當日考試時間延遲開始﹑將考試改期到另一日進行或延至下一個考期。
  
  

• If you have difficulties in reaching the examination centre, you should contact Trinity’s Hong Kong office on 2366 3792 at least 30 minutes before the examination.
  
  如學生在惡劣天氣下因交通或安全問題不能前往考試場地﹐必須於考試30分鐘前聯絡聖三一香港辦事處。電話: 2366 3792 (for ESOL/ Drama exams only. Do NOT call this number for Music enquries).
