Raising concerns

We at Trinity College London are committed to conducting our business with integrity and to maintaining the highest ethical and quality standards. We encourage all members of our community to act ethically and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, safe and respectful work environment. To support this, we have established a comprehensive range of policies and procedures that clearly outline the standards of expected behaviour which we regularly communicate to our people.

We want you to feel comfortable in telling us about instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred in any part of our business, or where there have been incidents of inappropriate or unethical behaviour (which may include matters falling within the definition of “whistleblowing”). Examples may include issues such as dangerous activity, abuse, fraud or corruption.

Whilst we would always prefer that you contact a senior manager at Trinity to discuss your concerns, we recognise that this may not always be possible. You are therefore able to report your concerns though our confidential and secure EthicsPoint channel. Concerns can be reported via this link with the option to complete an online form or speak to someone on a 24/7 independent telephone hotline (if you are calling from the UK or Northern Ireland).

If you wish to raise concerns with us via EthicsPoint, please refer to our Data Privacy Statement for EthicsPoint.

Trinity will respond to your concerns promptly and sensitively, and take actions as appropriate to address any matters raised.

  • Please do not use EthicsPoint to raise complaints or raise issues about Trinity products or services. Our complaints channels can be found here.
  • Likewise, malpractice in relation to Trinity’s rules and regulations and assessment processes should be reported on the Reporting Malpractice Form under the Reporting Malpractice Policy.
