James started his saxophone lessons in Year 7, during Covid, a very difficult time for everyone. His lessons were very different, being virtual for quite some time, but it was here that he found his love of music and playing Saxophone.
James has been on a musical journey, passing Grades 1, 2 and most recently 3, all with distinction!
Whilst learning to play the Saxophone, James had to make his GCSE options choices and chose Music, perfectly complimenting his individual music lessons and grade progress. He is currently on track to achieve at least a 6 in his GCSE.
James is moving on with his playing and has high hopes for his Grade 4 and beyond.
